PICNIC IN THE PARK
Echo Lake residents and businesses are invited for a free dinner in the park. Tuesday, July 20. Dinner is served from 6 to 8 pm. Bring your families. Kid activities will be provided by the YMCA and neighborhood volunteers.
ANNUAL WORK PARTY IN THE PARK
From 4 - 6 pm on Tuesday, July 20, you can come help spruce up the park. Pick up litter, weed along the trail, help shovel sand on the beach. All are welcome. Bring gloves, wheelbarrows, weeding tools.
ELNA meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from September to June, at 7:00 p.m. There are no meetings in August or in December.
ELNA meetings are held at the new Shoreline City Hall on 175th & Midvale. The parking garage on the north side is open, and a lighted walkway leads to the main lobby. There is overflow parking in all the lots along Midvale. Take an elevator to the meeting room on the 3rd floor, room 301.
Every July, in lieu of a formal meeting, there is a grounds clean-up followed by a picnic at Echo Lake Park.
